Welcome to the Parkland Food Bank Current State Survey!
For the last 35 years, the Parkland Food Bank has been providing food to those in need in our community. In that time, much has changed and we have evolved from a small enterprise to providing support to 1,614 families in 2018. As we look to the future, we recognize that there will be more challenges for families and we want to be ready to support those in need.
We want to be forward-looking and develop a strategic plan that will help guide our direction and our decisions over the next few years. One of the first steps in that process is to develop a clear and candid assessment of our current state.
This survey will explore the Current State elements of our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). All responses will remain anonymous. Results will be reported in aggregated form only. Please be thoughtful, honest, and candid when responding.
As a stakeholder of the Parkland Food Bank, your opinions and ideas are important to us. The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
The deadline for completion is November 20, 2019.
